Section 16-43-311 - Severability

If any provision of this subchapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the subchapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this subchapter are severable.Acts 1959, No. 216, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-2034n.
