An individual who has once been granted immunity under the provisions of this subchapter for an offense in connection with which his testimony has been sought shall not again be granted immunity under this subchapter in connection with any subsequent offenses.Acts 1973, No. 561, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 28-536.
