Whether specifically mentioned in this act or not, any law or part of a law requiring notice or summons to be served or published a specific length of time before the beginning of a term before the steps authorized in the law may be had at such terms in any civil or special proceeding is hereby amended to permit such steps to be taken on any day that the court meets in regular or adjourned session after the expiration of the time required in the law for service.Acts 1915, No. 290, § 23; C. & M.
