(a) Actions on the official bonds of sheriffs and coroners shall be commenced within four (4) years after the cause of action shall accrue, and not afterward.(b) A certified copy of the bond shall be evidence in all suits brought on the bond.(c) No suit shall be brought on any bond of a constable after the expiration of four (4) years from its date.Rev.
