Section 16-58-111 - Endorsement of day and hour of receipt on process

The sheriff shall endorse upon every summons, order of arrest, or order for the delivery of property, or of attachment or injunction in his or her hands the day and hour it was received by him or her.Civil Code, § 776; C. & M. Dig., § 9165; Pope's Dig., § 11827; A.S.A. 1947, § 27-329.
