Section 16-59-102 - Contents of notice

The notice of the pendency of the suit shall set forth the title of the cause and the general object thereof, together with a correct and full description of the property to be affected thereby, the names of the parties to the suit, and the style of the court where the suit is pending.Acts 1903, No. 65, § 1, p. 118; C. & M.
