Section 16-61-212 - Emergency clause

Because the passage of this subchapter will invite parties litigant to pursue dilatory tactics in the courts of this state until its effective date in order that they may take advantage of its provisions, contrary to the public health, safety, and welfare, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this subchapter shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.Acts 1941, No. 315, § 12; A.S.A. 1947, § 34-1009n.
