Section 16-65-503 - Revival against administrators in succession

If any executor or administrator who is a plaintiff or defendant in any judgment or decree dies, resigns, or is dismissed before the judgment or decree is satisfied or carried into effect, the judgment or decree may be revived by or against the administrator in succession in the manner provided for in this subchapter.Rev.
