Section 16-68-402 - Recovery below court's jurisdiction

In all actions other than trespass which may be prosecuted in any court, the subject matter of which shall be cognizable before the court, but the damages recovered shall be below the jurisdiction of the court, the plaintiff shall recover his costs.Rev.
