Section 16-85-518 - Experts - Expenses

Grand juries may employ experts and other professionals to assist in the grand jury investigations if, prior to the employment, the quorum court and county judge approve the employment. In that case, all expenses resulting from the employment shall be paid by the county.Acts 1987, No. 318, § 1.
