The circuit judges in vacation may make any order pertaining to the commitment, examination, observation, or return from the Arkansas State Hospital, after examination, of any defendant that they might make during a regular term of court at which the defendant might be tried.Acts 1971, No. 433, ch. 6, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-1309.
