Section 16-88-116 - Traffic citations issued within a town or city with a district court - Placement on docket

All traffic citations issued within the boundaries of a town or city of this state which has a district court shall be placed on the docket of the district court of that town or city, unless the presiding judge of that court authorizes a transfer to another court exercising jurisdiction over the area in which the citation was issued.Acts 2003, No. 1032, §; 1; 2007, No. 663, §; 55.
