Section 16-88-210 - Attendance of defendant and witnesses required

The defendant and all witnesses, and others who shall have entered into recognizance to attend the trial of any cause, having notice of the removal thereof, shall be bound to attend at the time and place of trial in the county to which the cause is so removed. A failure to do so shall be deemed a breach of the recognizance. Upon motion of the prosecuting attorney, judgment of forfeiture shall be entered by the court as provided by law.Crim.
