Section 16-90-1111 - Presentence report

In preparing a presentence report, the person preparing the report shall make a reasonable effort to confer with the victim. If the victim is not available or declines to confer, the person preparing the report shall record that information in the report.Acts 1997, No. 1262, § 11.
