Section 16-90-404 - Written return of county sheriff

The county sheriff shall make a written return of the execution of the judgment of imprisonment and file the return with the clerk of the court within ten (10) days after the execution of judgment.Crim. Code, § 295; C. & M. Dig., § 3265; Pope's Dig., § 4110; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-2604.
