The provisions of this act are extended to any person who as of March 1, 1968, may be on parole or eligible to be placed on parole under existing laws, with the same force and effect as if this act had been in operation at the time the person was placed on parole or became eligible to be placed thereon, as the case may be.Acts 1968 (1st Ex.
