As used in this subchapter:(1) 'Correctional institution' means any state or privately operated prison, community correctional facility, county jail, city jail, or any other state, local, or privately operated detention facility; and(2) 'Community supervision officer' means a parole, post-release supervision, or probation officer of the Division of Community Correction.Amended by Act 2023, No. 659,§ 228, eff. 1/1/2024.Acts 1997, No. 282, § 1.
