Section 16-94-102 - Transfer of convicted foreign citizens or nationals under treaty

When a treaty is in effect between the United States and a foreign country providing for the transfer of a convicted offender who is a citizen or national of the foreign country to that country, the Governor is authorized, subject to the terms of the treaty, to consent to the transfer of the convicted offender.Acts 1981, No. 71, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-3002.1.
