If the Governor shall decide that the demand should be complied with, he or she shall sign a warrant of arrest, which shall be sealed with the state seal, and be directed to a sheriff, marshal, coroner, or other person whom he or she may think fit to entrust with the execution thereof; and the warrant must substantially recite the facts necessary to the validity of its issue.Acts 1935, No. 126, § 7; Pope's Dig., § 6087; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-3007.
