Section 16-94-211 - Penalty

Any officer who shall deliver to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person in his or her custody under the Governor's warrant in disobedience to the last section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or be imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both.Acts 1935, No. 126, § 11; Pope's Dig., § 6091; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-3011.
