Section 16-94-231 - Effective date

Whereas, under the present laws there is no effective way whereby the extradition of criminals may be effectively had; and,Whereas, it is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety for an efficient statute covering the subject of extradition of criminals, an emergency is hereby declared and this subchapter shall take effect and be in force from and after its approval.Acts 1935, No. 126, § 31; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-3028n.
