Section 16-95-103 - Enforcement

All courts, departments, agencies, officers, and employees of this state and its political subdivisions are directed to enforce the Agreement on Detainers and to cooperate with one another and with other party states in enforcing the agreement and effectuating its purpose.Acts 1971, No. 705, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-3203.
