Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require the application of any habitual offenders law to any person on account of any conviction had in a proceeding brought to final disposition by reason of the use of the Agreement on Detainers.Acts 1971, No. 705, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-3204.
