Section 16-95-105 - Escape - Penalty

Any prisoner who shall escape from custody while in another state or jurisdiction pursuant to the Agreement on Detainers shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction shall be sentenced to a term of not less than three (3) years nor more than five (5) years in the Division of Correction.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 947, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1971, No. 705, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 43-3205.
