Section 16-105-303 - Public nuisance

The operation of a dance hall in which, or around which, public disturbances, the unlawful drinking of intoxicating liquors, quarrels, affrays, or general breaches of the peace are frequent is declared to be a public nuisance and detrimental to the public morals and may be abated under the provisions of this subchapter as set out.Acts 1937, No. 118, § 2; Pope's Dig., § 10910; A.S.A. 1947, § 34-112.
