Section 16-105-409 - Costs

If a cause of action under this subchapter is brought by a citizen of the state, resident of the county, or established neighborhood or community organization and the court finds there was no reasonable ground or cause for the cause of action, the costs incurred by the defendant shall be taxed against the citizen of the state, resident of the county, or established neighborhood or community organization.Amended by Act 2013, No. 1219,§ 4, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1989, No. 556, § 1.
