Section 16-108-203 - When subchapter applies

(a) This subchapter governs an agreement to arbitrate made on or after July 27, 2011.(b) This subchapter governs an agreement to arbitrate made before July 27, 2011, if all the parties to the agreement or to the arbitration proceeding so agree in a record. Acts 2011, No. 695, § 1.
