Performance of bonds to obtain discharge of specific attachments or for the forthcoming of property specifically attached may, in all cases, be summarily enforced by rules and proceedings as in cases of contempt.Civil Code, § 274; C. & M. Dig., § 564; Pope's Dig., § 601; A.S.A. 1947, § 31-311.
