Section 16-111-106 - Discretionary

The court may refuse to render or enter a declaratory judgment or decree where such judgment or decree, if rendered or entered, would not terminate the uncertainty or controversy giving rise to the proceeding.Acts 1953, No. 274, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 34-2505.
