Section 16-115-105 - Notice of hearing

(a) Notice of hearing upon any petition for a writ of mandamus or writ of prohibition shall be served in writing upon the officer or persons against whom the relief is sought, for such time and in such manner as may be prescribed by the court having jurisdiction.(b) The notice shall state the style of the court, the docket number of the action or proceeding, the date and place of hearing, and the relief sought.(c) The sufficiency of the notice shall be a question for the court.Acts 1939, No. 54, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 33-105.
