Section 16-123-301 - Finding

The General Assembly recognizes:(1) That the right to seek housing underlies the general public's ability to secure health, safety, and welfare; and(2) Seeks with this subchapter to protect the public's access to fair housing.Acts 2001, No. 1785, § 2.
