If the Director of the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission determines the matter involves the legality of a state or local zoning ordinance or other land use law or ordinance, the director shall not issue a charge, but shall immediately refer the matter to the Attorney General for appropriate action.Acts 2001, No. 1785, § 27.
