Section 17-7-103 - Applicability

Unless otherwise stated in this chapter, this chapter applies to an individual who has occupational licensure in another state, territory, or district of the United States and has established a residence in this state.Added by Act 2023, No. 457,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2023.
