Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as prohibiting any person, firm, or corporation holding a valid and subsisting certificate of authority from employing such clerical and stenographic assistants as may be necessary in the conduct of its business who are not registered under this chapter.Acts 1969, No. 109, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-109.
