Any licensee under this chapter shall provide a seal, which shall have stamped on the license the name of the licensee, and shall deposit with the State Board of Appraisers, Abstracters, and Home Inspectors an impression of the seal and the names of all persons authorized to sign certificates to abstracts on behalf of the licensee.Amended by Act 2023, No. 628,§ 15, eff. 7/1/2023.Acts 1969, No. 109, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-111; Acts 2007, No. 1042, § 14.
