Section 17-12-202 - Officers and proceedings

(a) The Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy shall elect annually a president, a secretary, and a treasurer from its members.(b) A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.(c) The board shall have a seal which shall be judicially noticed. The board shall keep records of its proceedings. In any proceeding in court, civil or criminal, arising out of or founded upon any provision of this chapter, copies of the records certified as correct under the seal of the board shall be admissible in evidence as tending to prove the content of the records.Acts 1975, No. 160, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-612.
