Section 17-12-307 - Credit for examination administered by licensing authority in another jurisdiction

The Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy may by rule provide for granting a credit to an applicant for his or her satisfactory completion of an examination in any one (1) or more of the subjects specified in § 17-12-301(a)(2) given by the licensing authority in any other state.
