Section 17-13-104 - Inapplicable to forestry consultants

This chapter shall in no way apply to:(1) Forestry consultants or in any way restrict or regulate forestry consultants; or(2) State, federal, or local government employees or employees of local conservation districts or in any way restrict or regulate those employees while they are working in their official capacity.Acts 1987, No. 609, § 11; 2005, No. 857, § 2.
