Section 17-13-105 - Penalty

Any person who holds himself or herself out as a licensed agricultural consultant and who is not licensed as an agricultural consultant by the State Plant Board shall be subject to a fine not to exceed six hundred dollars ($600) for the first offense and not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) for subsequent offenses.Acts 1987, No. 609, § 9; 2005, No. 857, § 3.
