Any employee of an appraisal management company or an independent contractor of the appraisal management company who performs a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Standard 3 appraisal review of an appraisal report on a property located in this state shall be an appraiser with the proper level of appraiser credential issued by the State Board of Appraisers, Abstracters, and Home Inspectors.Amended by Act 2023, No. 628,§ 47, eff. 7/1/2023.Added by Act 2017, No. 535,§ 11, eff. 3/20/2017.Acts 2009, No. 628, § 1.
