Section 17-16-117 - Administrative penalty

The Attorney General may seek a civil penalty in any court of competent jurisdiction against an athlete agent not to exceed two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for a violation of this subchapter.Acts 2001, No. 1622, § 15; 2011, No. 204, § 6.
