Section 17-17-106 - Actions by auctioneers

No person engaged in the business of or acting in the capacity of an auctioneer shall bring or maintain any action in the courts of the State of Arkansas for the collection of compensation for any services permitted as an auctioneer without first alleging and proving that he or she was operating legally under the provisions of this chapter and was a duly licensed auctioneer at the time the alleged cause of action arose.Acts 1989, No. 266, § 15.
