(a) The State Board of Barber Examiners shall organize by electing a chair from its own membership.(b) A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum and may perform and exercise all the duties and powers devolving upon it.(c) The board may be furnished suitable quarters for the conduct of its business and shall adopt and use a common seal for the authentication of its orders and records.Acts 1937, No. 313, §§ 15, 16; Pope's Dig., § 12084; Acts 1961, No. 207, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 71-515, 71-516.
