Section 17-21-205 - Denial, suspension, revocation of registration

The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration may deny, suspend, or revoke a registration for:(1) A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter; or(2) The making of a false statement on the registration application form.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3423, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1991, No. 101, § 4.
