Section 17-25-204 - Employees

The Contractors Licensing Board in consultation with the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing may employ a chief administrative employee, also known as 'administrator', who shall possess such qualifications as may be determined by the board and who shall serve at the pleasure of the board.
