Any party aggrieved by any decision of the Contractors Licensing Board shall have the right to seek review thereof pursuant to the provisions of the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Acts 1965, No. 150, § 20; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-719.
