Section 17-25-609 - Expiration of certification - Fees

(a) A roofing contractor registration certificate issued by the Residential Contractors Committee shall expire one (1) year after the date of issuance unless otherwise provided by the committee.(b) The committee may charge reasonable delinquency fees and may charge a fee not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) for a new roofing contractor registration certificate or the renewal of a roofing contractor registration certificate.(c) All fees and other moneys collected by the committee shall be disposed of as provided by § 17-25-205 and shall be used by the committee to implement this subchapter.Added by Act 2021, No. 1072,§ 3, eff. 1/1/2022.
