Every school shall at all times be in charge of and under the supervision of a licensed cosmetologist manager-operator who has had at least a total of three (3) years of practical experience in the practice or teaching of all of the branches of cosmetology, except the branch of electrology, in a licensed cosmetological establishment or a licensed school of cosmetology and who holds an instructor's license.Acts 1955, No. 358, Art. 8, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-853; Acts 2007, No. 223, § 38.
