(a) Any city or county department of health may periodically inspect body art establishments on the basis of compliance with state, city, or county sanitary regulations.(b) The governing body of any municipality or county may adopt by ordinance local sanitary regulations of body art establishments.Added by Act 2021, No. 900,§ 3, eff. 7/28/2021.
