Section 17-26-612 - Penalties

(a) An artist who violates this subchapter or rules adopted by the State Board of Health pertaining to body art commits a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each offense.(b) After notice of a violation has been given, each violation of this subchapter constitutes a separate offense unless another penalty is specifically provided in this subchapter.Added by Act 2021, No. 900,§ 3, eff. 7/28/2021.
